High Hopes Challenge #53~ Recipe


Gosh!! I haven't participate in HH challenge for ages.....I miss it so much!!! Luckily I have some energy today ( yes, if I have spare time but I don't have energy, I won't do any cards:-)) so I made this card. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here...so I am quite confusses about the card's colors, but my DD reminded me that it should be orange, green and yellow...huh...I am not sure where she learnt this?? This week challenge is host by Karen, and the recipe is 3 flowers, 2 brads and one sentiment....I think my dishes is not so success because I have used 4 flowers:-))

Just a short note....



I am so sorry that I am still unable to show you any cards....I know many of you come here flequently to find it if I have any cards to share.....hopefully I will make a card this two days...otherwise...it's really unfair, right??


By the way...I will off to Spain and Portugal in early of December for holidays, if you live in Spain or Portugal...maybe we can have a meet up ?? Just let me know:-))

I got my Magnolia Ink Magazine !!!!!


Thank you very much Magnolia, for sending me this FREE Magnolia ink Magazine !! I was too happy and excited when my hubby, Tick called me at school telling me the magazine is arrived!!! After I parked my card, I rushed into my craft room and looked for the magazine....WOW, it's totally amazing, beautiful and full of loads and loads of inspirations, step by step tutorials.....and....I have my TWO sketches in it, I was overjoyed !!!!!!!! The cards from DT are too beautiful....I didn't have time to send in my cards maybe many of you know that my family had a hard time when my dad had accident ( stroke) in May....

but I have chance to work in the next coming magazine...Fairytale....will be release in Feb 2010, finger crossed my projects will be published in that issue....if you haven't order your Magnolia ink Magazine, you can go to : www.magnoliaink.nu to have your copies, but please remember, the subscription begins with the next issue (vol 2). High Hopes Challenges #49~ Non Traditional Christmas


I wish to follow my darling High Hopes Divas to make non traditional Xmas card this week, so time is very important for me because I really don't have much spare time recently. Finally, I do hope this card didn't dissapoint you all , who have waited so long for the very cute " tropical santa".

I know many of you googled "tropical santa" for some ideas to make christmas card, so I choose this stamp this week for this challenge, and....please forgive me, that's NO snowflakes in tropical:=))

High Hopes Challenge #46~ It's our birthday ( and my birthday too !!!)


Happy Sunday!!! We are so excited as this challenge we are celebrating our Blogoversary!!! Wow, can you believe we have been running our challenge blog now for 1 year!!! Wooo Hooooo!!!Lots more celebrations going on within our team too and we also say a HUGE Happy Birthday to Danielle for yesterday and also to mine for tomorrow!!! WOW, I will be 40 !!!!! Thank God for all the bless!!!!

I am hosting our challenge today and would love to see lots of Birthday cards!!! Back to this challenge, I made a very simple and sweet birthday card using my favorite and first High Hopes rubberstamp which I purchased last year....I also used My Mind's Eye Pretty Please patterned paper to make the base, and punched with Martha Stewart Scalloped Dot punch, decorated with small mini roses which I bought from Nikki's store. I also used pearls stickers from Kaiser crafts to decorate the Label One Nesties. The sentiment also from High Hopes rubberstamps.
